1. General Use

• Our website and services are provided for individuals aged 18 and older.
• By using our website, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Reservations & Bookings

• All simulator bay and event bookings are subject to availability.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Cancellation or reschedules must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled      booking to avoid fees.

3. Lounge Rules

• Guests must follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines      when using simulators or other facilities.
• Proper behavior and respect toward other guests and staff are required at all      times. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave      without refund if these rules are violated.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

4. Age Restrictions

• Guest must be 12 to participate and under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests 21 and older with valid ID.

5. Payments & Refunds

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
• Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.

6. Liability

• Guests participate in golf simulation, events, and other activities at their own risk.
• Swing Social Golf Lounge is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to      personal property.
• By entering our lounge, you release Swing Social Golf Lounge, its employees, and affiliates from any liability related to your visit.

7. Website Use

• You may not misuse our website for unlawful purposes.
• All content, including logos, images, and text, are property of Swing Social Golf Lounge and may not be used without permission.
